    How can i track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the courier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do offer international shipping at a flat rate of $45.

    Note: International orders may be subject to additional charges depending on size, weight, and location. If applicable, we will email an updated invoice before processing your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we do offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (only valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states; excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories)

    How long does it take to process and ship an order?

    Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

    During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

    Express orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day.

    Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

    Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.00 (3–7 business days)
    • Express Shipping: $20.00 (1–2 business days)
